Privacy

We collect as little as we can, only to run the studio, and we never sell it. This page explains what we keep and why.

What we collect

• When you start a free trial: your name, email address, phone number and the classes you want to try.
• When you become a member: your name, contact details, date of birth and payment details. Payments are handled by our payment provider and never stored by us.
• When you book a class: the class, the time and whether you showed up.
• When you write to us: your name, email address and message.

Why we use it

To run your membership, book you into classes and let you in the door. To answer your messages. We only send marketing if you have asked us to, and you can stop it at any time.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run the studio: our booking system, our door access system, our payment provider and our email provider. Each of them processes your data on our behalf and under our instructions.

How long we keep it

Member data is kept while you are a member and for one year after you leave. Messages are deleted after a year. Payment records are kept as long as Danish law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted. You also have the right to complain to Datatilsynet, the Danish Data Protection Agency.
