Since 2019
Nørrebrogade 88, Copenhagen
Built for strength
An independent strength studio on Nørrebrogade, run by the coaches who teach in it.

Our story
One coach, two racks and a rule: every member gets coached, every session.
- 2019Freja opens the doors with two racks, one rower and twelve members.
- 2020Mateo joins. Kettlebells and evening strength go on the timetable.
- 2021The studio room opens for mobility and pilates, with Giulia.
- 2022Sofia starts teaching vinyasa. The first waiting list.
- 2023We take the unit next door: 640 square metres, turf and a sauna.
What we believe
Four rules we have kept since the first day, and plan to keep.
Coaching over equipment
A good coach with a barbell beats a room full of machines. We spend on people first.
Small groups
Classes are capped so a coach can watch every rep. Twelve on the platforms, never more.
Progress you can measure
Programs run in blocks, numbers get written down, and six weeks later you retest.
A calm floor
No mirrors on every wall, no music you have to shout over. Just training.
Five zones, one floor
640 m² on the ground floor, entrance on Nørrebrogade. Laid out so nobody queues for a rack.
